I had the good fortune and privilege to get to know Tom through his work at FTI. He was always great to deal with and went the extra mile to help us out whenever we had a problem.
On a more personal note, when Tom found out about the tragic loss of my son, Zac, he went out of his way to pay me a visit shortly after I returned to work. He took the time to convey some very sincere and kind words. I didn't forget that and I greatly appreciated it.
