Hill, Starr Bay City, MI Starr, age 74, passed away December 23, 2020. She was born in Bay City, Michigan, September 28, 1946, to the late Helen and Glenn Rowden. She enjoyed playing cards and socializing with friends and family. She loved being at her property in Au Gres, Michigan with her late husband Lee Hill. She is survived by sons, Brian and Mark; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mya, Kelsey, and Sabrina. A private service will be held at a later date.
