Obituary of Carlyn Vera Millard

Millard, Carlyn Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Millard, age 77, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday July 29, 2020. Carlyn was born on March 6, 1943 in Bay City to the late Tommy and Vera (Killy) Burns. She married Ronald Millard and he preceded her in death. She enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was very giving and would help any one in need. She enjoyed life to the fullest, her family was the most important thing in her life. She will be greatly missed. Carlyn is survived by her daughter, Lisa Chartier; step-daughter, Terry Raisor-Louchart; step-son, Eugene Millard; 12 grandchildren, Noah, Nathon, Troxell, Samantha, Ranee, and Brandy Genow, Adam, Alex, Brittany, Caitlin, Maegon, Gabrielle and Catherine Millard; great-grandchildren, Luna, Holland, Icarus Troxell, and several others; sisters, Janie (John) Benjo and Leslie (Ken) Wenglikowski; sister-in-law, Kathleen Burns; and adopted son, Michael McLean. She was preceded in death by her brother Barry Burns and step-son Jeffery Millard. Carlyn was cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at Carroll Park on Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
