Obituary of Tim Anthony Gaertner

Tim Anthony Gaertner passed away May 19, 2020 at the age 69. He was born in Saginaw MI December 8, 1950 to the late George and Verda Gaertner. Tim graduated from Central Michigan University in 1973 and was the owner of Gaertner Pest Control, Inc. for many years. Tim played and coached volleyball, and was also the author of several books, including one novel and several self-help books for Teens. He was currently working on several other writing projects. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Karen; a sister, Bonnie (Mark) Morden; a brother, Brent (Beverly) Gaertner; a sister-in-law, Anne Spennachio; and brother-in-law, Bill Stephens. He is also survived by many nephews; one niece; many great nephews and nieces; and his 3 beloved dogs, Melinda, Myya and Mikey. No services are planned. Tim's ashes will be scattered at a future date. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Midland or Saginaw Humane Societies. Arrangements by Cremation Society of Mid Michigan.
