Obituary of Michael Duane Winters

Michael Duane Winters of West Branch, Michigan passed away on September 25, 2019 at the age of 80. He was born May 4, 1939 to the late Russell and Sybil (Curtis) Winter. He was the second oldest of seven children. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Margaret Ann (Johnson) Winters; children, Curtis Winters of Kalkaska, Anthony Winters of West Branch, Timothy Winters of North Carolina, and Mischael (Jeff) Pitt of Midland; daughter-in-law, Roseann Winters of Houston,Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Mitchell Winters, Krystle Winters, Kory (Cadi) Winters, Kristopher (Katelyn) Winters, Klaire Winters, Japheth Pitt, Russell Pitt, Silas Pitt, Sepp Pitt; one great-grandson, Paytyn Wright; and two soon-to-be great-grandchildren; two brothers, Patrick (Cathy) Winter and James (Laura) Winter; brothers-in-law, William Meiser, Gerald Schroeder, & Robert Cappell; and sister-in-law, Jan Winter. Michael was preceded in death by his son Paul Samuel Winters, and his siblings, Phyllis Meiser, Jack Winter, Deborah Schroeder and Laurie Cappell. There are no planned services for Michael.
