Arlene Joy Sevilla, age 81, died on Thursday August 22, 2019 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She passed away at home surround by her family. She was born in Bentley, MI on January 12, 1938 to Floyd and Geneva (Webber) Umphrey. She married Lorenzo Sevilla on January 28, 1956. She is survived by her loving husband Lorenzo & children Wayne (Cherie) Sevilla, Christina Sevilla and Dina (Norman) Corrion. Her loving grandchildren that she was so very proud of Ryan Castaneda, Jamie (Ana) Moultane, Wayne (Gina) Sevilla II, Norman Corrion II, Nicholas Corrion, David Sevilla, Tyler Gerard, Matthew (Ashley) Corrion, Sarah (Brandon) Corrion. Her great grandchildren Ryan & Rylea Castaneda, KC, Jaxon, Ava, Trey & Leo Sevilla, Braden, Aaron, & Carter Moultane & Gwen Corrion. She is also survived by her sister Elaine (Earl) Davis, sister-in-law's Sarah Umphrey, Beverly Honeck, Frances (Gary) Wright, Margaret Sevilla, Terri (Raul) Rocha, Yolanda Sevilla and brother-in-law's Paul (Helen) Sevilla, Pepe (Jesse) Sevilla. She was preceded in death by her parents and loving step-mother Irene. Her siblings Albert (Geneva) Umphrey, Edna (Vernon) Kraus, Donna (Ed) Correa, Kathryn (Stan) Pieniozek, Jeannie (Wes) Papple, Elvin Umphrey, Ron (Pat) Umphrey. In her healthy days she loved spending her winters in Yuma, Arizona. Arlene & Larry dug for gold and spent evenings looking at the stars. In the summer she enjoyed working on the farm and helping in the greenhouse. She was also an avid walker, enjoyed going to the casino. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and jig-saw puzzles on the front porch. As a young girl her family wintered in Florida and as an adult she enjoyed taking her family to spend time there also. Her favorite joy was watching her grandchildren and spending time with them. They have a saying in alzheimer's I will remember for you. We will remember for you, for we cherish all the memories. She will never be forgotten for she has left quite an impression in all our hearts. We would like to thank Southern Care Hospice, especially Stacy, Kim, Gwin, Ellen and Brianna who we saw on a regular basis. And all the others who have helped and been there for us.
