Obituary of Donald "Don" J. Sargent

Donald "Don" J. Sargent , age 80, of Vassar Michigan, passed away August 15, 2019 at Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw MI following a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Vassar, MI; served in the United States Army; was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Vassar; and was a retiree of Eaton Manufacturing (Vassar Foundry). Don is survived by Joyce Sargent (Pat) O'Kelly and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters and brothers, MaryLou Hoover, Betty Jane Fox, Rose Mary Sargent , Albert Sargent, Harvey Sargent, Jack Sargent, and Ed Sargent. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 651 State Rd., Vassar, MI.
