I will always remember lee coming to my door in Bentsen Palm and handing me a pack of uncooked bacon.. it was for a breakfast I was organizing ... I handed it back and told him to cook it first.. from that time on he always joked and tried to give me that uncooked bacon. .. He always had a smile and a dog by his side... May he rest in peace surrounded by his wife and all the dogs they had saved.

We are both so saddened for the loss of such a wonderful couple. John and I have been together for 51 years and I felt welcomed into the family from day one because of people like your mom and dad. It was always a pleasure visiting with them. I remember the one bit of advice your dad gave me about retiring. He said that you can't afford to retire if your house is not paid for. I guess that is something to keep in the back of your mind. They will be greatly missed. Love and prayers John and Kathy

Words can not express how we feel about both Lee and Marylou passing. Such special people We had many good times with them especially when we were younger. Even after we moved away from MI we still kept in touch and visited when we could. I, Judy, will especially miss Marylou on our birthday as we spent many birthdays together and always called each other on the day. Our sympathy to all the family. Judy & Don
