Obituary of Agnes M. Rohde

Agnes M. Rohde passed away peacefully June 4, 2019. She was born in Saginaw, MI. on December 26, 1929 to the late Francis and Louise Willing Schrems. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Agnes was a long time member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was an accomplished seamstress, volunteered at St. Mary's Hospital Gift Shop for many years, and she enjoyed many crafts. She is survived by her children, Jim Rohde, Kathy Rohde (Randy) McGee, Jean Rohde (Don) Brotemarkle, Fred (Marcie) Rohde, Herb Rohde, Barbara Rohde (Jerry) Tanner, Rose Rohde (Chris) Bayer; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and her sister, Ruth Ann Schrems Ezop. She was preceded in death by her husband James (Jim) Rohde; son Jerry; and brothers, Tom Schrems, Frank Schrems, Leo Schrems, Joe Schrems, and sister, Mary Schrems Boensch. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM, Friday, June 7, 2019 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 3680 S. Washington Rd., Saginaw MI. The family will receive friends at church prior to the service from 9 AM - 11 AM with a luncheon following the service.
