Melvin, age 70, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019. He was born February 22, 1949 in Saginaw Michigan to the late Frederick and Hazel (McRae) Radtz.
He is survived by his siblings, Lavona, Wanda, Linda, Peggy, Barb, Terri, Tony, & Barry. Also surviving is the Love of his Life & BFF, Ruby Lee. He was predeceased by 5 siblings, Luella, Wanda F., Deb, Kathy, and Billy Joe.
