I worked with Karen on 3 North/Covenant. She was a great nurse to work & learn from, since I was just starting my career. We had fun times on the night shift, but when things went bad with a patient, it was comforting to have Karen there with her vast nursing experience to give the best possible outcome for the patient. My love to her family at this very hard time.
