Obituary of Arthur Daniels

Arthur Daniels, age 94, of Coleman, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018 . He was born April 8, 1924 in Alma, the son of the late Grace (Rizor) and Lewis Daniels. Arthur married Maxine Swanton on Feb 17, 1953. She predeceased him on September 26, 2011. Over the years he enjoyed farming, camping trips, watching the Tigers, and especially spending time with his family. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. Arthur is survived by his son Chris and Michele Daniels of Freeland; daughter Patti and Jim Heuker of Maineville, OH; grandchildren Leann Cradit, Laura (Matt) DeJonge, Brianna (Alex), Rachel, Spencer, and Julia Daniels; great grandchildren Mikaela, Leina and Elijah. He was preceded in death by siblings Helen, Joseph, Phillip, Robert, Beatrice, Edgar and Louise. The family wishes to an extend heartfelt thank you to the staff of both the Toni & Trish House and Heartland Hospice for their excellent care. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Faith United Methodist Church in Coleman, Pastor Nate Reed officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of service. Following his wishes, cremation has already taken place.
