Barbara J Lutzke Barbara J. Lutzke, the widow of Rodney C. Lutzke Sr., was born April 24, 1937 to Eugene and Evelyn Winquest in Bay City, MI. Barbara passed away peacefully at her home in Bay City on July 31, 2018 at age of 81. Barbara enjoyed cooking for her family, fishing, garage sales and knitting beautiful afghans among other items. Her favorite activity was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Debora Wilson, Pamila Monreal and Rodney C. Lutzke Jr.; grandchildren, Robert and Scott Huntley, and Lee and Dan Monreal; great-grandchildren,Taylor, Tyler, Miranda ,Gavin, Kaleb, Shane, Keira, Aleni, Chase, Chelsea, and Emmy; great-grandchildren,Harley, Lilie and Bentley; and her sister and brother, Beverly and Gary Winquest. She was predeceased by her brother and sister Bill Winquest and Marie Watts. She was loved by all and will be missed. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. September 25, 2018.
