Obituary of Richard "Dick" J. Remyszewski

Richard Jr. "Dick" Remyszewski of Birch Run, age 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 1, 2018. He was born in Saginaw Michigan on June 21, 1930 to the late Stanley and Vera (Dreffs) Remyszewski. He married Gertrude Morris on February 14, 1979 and retired from Central Foundry after 30 years of service. He enjoyed being around people, travelling, playing bingo, and being active with others. Surviving are 3 daughters, Sandra Remyszewski, Susan (James) Pugh, Sharon(John) Greider; a son Michael (Dara) Remyszewski ; 3 step daughters, Penny (Bill) Cygan, Linda Pickle, Debora (Manny) Sancillo; one step son, Tim (Tina)Morris; his sister, Delores Sheldon; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude on May 24, 2009; step son, Steven Morris; siblings, Angeline, Tillie, Virginia, Loretta, Sylvester, & Joseph. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Francis Home for the loving care they provided to Richard. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery on Friday, June 8, 2018.
