My sincerest thoughts go to the family. Billy and I grew up together and for a little while
when we were pre school age (I think) my mother watched Billy, we played all day long. We were always friends, used to trade comics, went to school together. The Cramers lived around the corner from our house on North Second. Of course we lost touch as I moved away from Alpena but I was so sad when my sister told me he had passed away. I and many others will always have good memories of Billy, he was such a nice, sweet boy and I know he grew up to be a good man. Again, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
