Mr. Horn, age 80, died on Tuesday December 5, 2017. Robert was born in Bay City on September 2, 1937 to the late Roy and Helen (Meiers) Horn. Mr. Horn is survived by his 5 children: Robert R. Horn Jr. of Bay City, Kathy (Rick) Eichinger of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Jean (Steve) Balcer of Munger, James Horn of Bay City and David Horn of Bentley and 5 grandchildren.
