Rette passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 age 72. She was born July 31, 1945 in Kawkawlin to the late Leo and Cecelia Youngs. She retired as an Executive for the Kmart/Kresge Corporation and married Gerald Swider on January 11, 1989.
She is survived by her 4 siblings, Delores Mrozinski, Lorraine Filary, Ronald (Kathy) Youngs and Joanne (Ron) Petzold; sisters-in-law, Charolette Youngs and Sylvia Youngs-Sporman. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and care-taker & niece Michelle Youngs Schmidt.
She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Swider; brothers, Richard and John Youngs; and brother-in-law, William Mrozinski.
Per Rette's wishes, cremation has taken place and no service is planned. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Kawkawlin MI.
