Obituary of Dorothy M. Lederer

Lederer, Dorothy M. Midland, MI Mrs.Dorothy M. Lederer, age 87, went to be with her Lord, on Thursday October 12, 2017. Dorothy was born in Bay County on November 27, 1929 to the late Michael J. and Margaret L. (Melzow) Endline. Dorothy enjoyed and loved working in her flower gardens and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Carl (Caroline) Lederer of Munger, Bonnie Lederer of Midland, Sheryl Seaver of Auburn, Tim (Starr) Lederer of Weidman, Kristy Lederer and fiancé Dustin Howard of Corinth, Miss., and Dawn Ballard and her fiancé Tom Kaminski of Midland; 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Marvin after 67 years of marriage; daughter and son-in-law Linda and Richard Carter; son-in-law Fred Seaver; and son Robert Lederer. A Life Celebration service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 907 Mattes Drive, Midland MI. Pastors Seifert and Behnken will officiate, with burial at a later date in New Hope Cemetery, Hope Township. The family will receive friends at church prior to the service, on Saturday from 9:30 – 11 A.M.
