This is my uncle but really he was one of my partners in crime when I was growing up. He lived next door so it was easy to access him and get him to go on crazy adventures. Some of those included going to the races where even when we packed snacks he would always buy me whatever I wanted (he spent $50 one time on stuff for me lol), going on drives and enjoying the scenery, and going to garage sales and trust me when we went to garage sales it was serious...sometimes we would be at one sale for 30 minutes because "you have to look through everything so you don't miss anything good." He helped to teach me how to drive and a lot of my practice hours were earned by driving with him. He also taught me that with dedication and commitment you can overcome huge challenges (he was a recovering alcoholic and going to visit him at the place he stayed for a bit was one of the biggest learning events of my life and it made me even more proud of my uncle). The things I'll miss most though (although the things above were all amazing) is the hugs he gave and genuine truths he spoke. I'm thankful for all the love he gave to us, the fact that he always no matter what had my brother's back and my back and that he is no longer in pain.
I love you Aunt Connie, Tommy, KC and Dana with all my heart. <3

When we were building our house in 1987 Ken was the building inspector. I woke up one morning and my husband Timm had to go to work. Ken was up on the roof putting on shingles. He was a Wonderful man! I have never forgotten his kindness. God Gained an Angel! God Bless You All!
