Mr. Ratliff, age 64, died on Saturday 12, 2015 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Tommy was born on April 24, 1951 in Willis Branch, West Virginia to the late James and Laura (Daniels) Ratliff. Mr. Ratliff is survived by his wife Virginia, their 3 children; Tommy (Ericka) Ratliff, Gary (Darcie) Ratliff and Jimmy Ratliff. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren; Shelby Ratliff, Teressa Ratliff-Knewbuch, Tiffany Ratliff, Cierra Ratliff, Tommy Lynn Ratliff, great grandchild Liberty Knewbuch-Ratliff, siblings Clair Akins, Robert Ratliff, Richard (Mary) Ratliff, Harry (Barb) Ratliff, Deborah Ratliff, Sandy Ratliff, and Fready (Laura) Ratliff and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Ashley Ratliff, brother in law Bobbie Akins, sisters in law Linda Ratliff and June Ratliff.
