I can hardly express how shocked and saddened I was to learn of Gil's passing. We hadn't seen each other in several years, but I have such fond memories of him and have always considered him a good friend. At one time we were best friends, and I had the honor of being the best man at his wedding, which I think was in 1972. I missed seeing him, and now I will miss him more. My sincere sympathy to his family - his wife, children, mom (Geri), and Gary and Judy.
