Mrs. Cobb, age 72, died on Thursday March 19, 2015 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Charlotte was born in Kentucky on September 10, 1942 to the late Edgar and Nilia (VanHook) Cobb. Charlotte enjoyed Bingo, crafting and puzzles. Charlotte is survived by her 4 children; Monica McNicholl, Patrick Cole, Robin Green, and Ronnie Schaefer. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren; Alan, Jesse, Emalee and Christopher, 2 great grandchildren; Jesse and Aubree, 2 brothers Bill and Jim.
