Obituary of Sally Boman
On Sunday, October 26, 2014, Sally Ann (Van Horn) Boman, age 61, the love of my life, my buddy, my best friend passed away. She was born on March 10, 1953 in Bay City to Lawrence and Mary Ann (Klopf) Van Horn.
She married me, Chris Boman on June 27, 1981. Sal was a loving, caring, outspoken person with so much personality. You just never knew what Sal might say or do. She loved making people happy, spending time with family & friends, camping, playing cards & bingo, and the casino. We enjoyed a wonderful life together and I cannot fully express the love in my heart for her or my depth of my sorrow.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Boman; sons, Scott Prater, Jeremy (Amy) Prater; grandchildren, Rylee Lynn, Tyler Austin, Haley Prater, Courtney Prater, and Ashlyn Prater; mother Mary Ann Van Horn; siblings, Jane (Bob) Cousineau, John (Robin) Van Horn, Tim (Doris) Van Horn, and Randy (Diane) Van Horn; mother in law, Dolores Boman; brothers & sisters in law, Gordon (Shelly) Boman, Nancy (Vic) Wise, Roxanne (Ed) Speigel, Bruce (Linda) Boman, Jill Boman & fiancé Jim Seyan. She was predeceased by her father, Lawrence Van Horn.
