Obituary of Elaine Huntley

Elaine Huntley passed away Sunday November 2, 2014 at 9:15 A.M. at her home peacefully in her sleep. She had just turned eighty five on September 27, 2014. Mom was the captain on her bowling league "Girl Just Wanna Have Fun" for several years at Bay Lanes. She enjoyed going to Golden Horizon Adult Day Care for the past three years until she was so sick she couldn't go any longer this past year. The staff there treated Mom very well. Her very favorite person was "Ruby". Moms hobbies were croching, puzzels, sewing, word search, and making jewelry. Westerns were moms favorite shows but Church Norris in Walker Texas Ranger was her love. Mom was in a convelesant home for a short time where she met Lauren a very special aid that cared for mom. She has continued to be a good friend. She took great care of mom. There are two children, Pamela J. Fair who came from Texas to care for mom four years ago, Robert R. and wife Nancy Huntley who live in Michigan. Mom has five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandsons. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Mom came fro a family of nine children. All have passed before her except her sister Pat Witbrot and a younger brother Roy Werth. Mom is being cremated.
