Obituary of Dale Vernon Buzzard

Dale Vernon Buzzard, born June 23, 1936, passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 88.

Dale was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend.

Dale built a successful career as a Tool and Die Maker at General Motors and Delphi Automotive where his expertise and work ethic left a lasting impression. Outside of work, he embraced his passions for bowling, movies, playing cards, and woodworking. He was happiest when surrounded by family and friends, sharing laughter, and creating memories.

Dale’s positive attitude, patience, wisdom, support, and love will be deeply missed, but forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Buzzard; his children, Mark Buzzard and JoAnn Bartlett; and his grandchildren, Jared and Jacob Bartlett. He also leaves behind a sister, Joy Engleman; and numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him with love and fond memories.  Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Gertude Buzzard; his brothers, Lloyd Buzzard and Lyle Buzzard; and his sister, Beryl Ulbright.

Dale would not want anyone to feel sad about his passing. Rather, he would want you to celebrate his life by living yours to the fullest.
