Kathleen Ann Ritter of Beaverton, Michigan passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland Michigan on December 15, 2024.  She was born on August 18, 1943 to the late Clarence and Anna (Rodes) Clous of Kingsley, Michigan. Kathy enjoyed reading, knitting, doing puzzles, spending time with her family, time in her gardens and watching the birds.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard N. Ritter; her sons, Jerome “Jerry” Sibley of Gulfport, Mississippi, Jeff Sibley (Wendy) of Blountville Tennessee, and Alan Ritter of Beaverton Michigan; her dear friend, Ruth Kooiker; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne (Bill) Travis of Kingsley, Michigan and Paulette (Tom) Long of Tarpon Springs, Florida. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Virginia Fashbaugh, Maxine Revett and Eugene Clous.

Kathy chose to not have formal services. A tree will be planted in her memory on the Olds family farm in Kingsley Michigan as she wished and family will have a private memorial.
