Obituary of Phyllis Ann Rosenbrock

Phyllis Ann Rosenbrock (Wegner) passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon on November 24, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born in Midland, Michigan on June 24, 1948, to the late Harold (Buster) and Marie Wegner. She grew up and spent most of her life in Freeland, Michigan helping on the family farm and raising her children. Phyllis worked on the foundry lines for General Motors where she spent many years and eventually retired. She loved flower gardens, fishing, bingo, crocheting, as well as collecting fancy vintage dolls.
She is survived by her children, Tammy (Karen) and Brian (Margo) Jennings; stepchildren, Yvonne (Ben), Jamie and David (Robin); grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Zackary, Christian, Savannah and Alexis; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, James R. Rosenbrock; her parents; and grandparents.
A special thank you to MyMichigan Hospice for their outstanding care of our loved one and expediting her transfer home from the hospital. Phyllis's wishes of cremation and to be placed alongside her husband in the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan will be honored. Per her own wishes no formal funeral services will be held.
