Obituary of Donald James Wood

Donald James Wood, age 66, of Elwell, Michigan, passed away July 11, 2024.  He was born January 22, 1958 in Alma, Michigan to Lloyd Lee Wood and Betty Jane Vought-Drowley.

 He loved the outdoors where he spent the majority of his time, walking and chatting with people he met along the way. He was an avid reader of western novels, and enjoyed fishing.

 He is survived by his sons, Steven Richard Wood (Robert McMaster) and Christopher Lee Wood (Diane); his granddaughter, Elena; his brother, William Wood; his sister, Kathie Wood; multiple nieces and nephews; and his estranged spouse, Cynthia Hodge Wood.  He was predeceased by his parents, and sister, Joan Wood Bixler.
