There are way too many funny memories to share on this plat form. One of the best memories was the time John ,Tami, and John Neil and I rented a cabin in Osceola Michigan with our Kids. The John’s caught a lot of salmon. They cooked it over an open fire with just butter ,garlic, salt and pepper. Best salmon I ever ate.
As a single mom that was fortunate enough to live next to John and Tami for many years. John always supplied me with painting jobs when commissions were not paying the bills. He also maintained my cars saving me repair bills. And if that was not enough he took my kids on summer vacations so I could concentrate on selling houses. I will always cherish the many memories and grateful for all the help. Get some rest my brother, you deserve it!

This is the John I remember, he would pay me two dollars to iron his clothes so he could go out. However, he didn’t always leave enough time to do a good job, so I ironed in a rush, and then he always critiqued it. I remember when he would complain about dinner and ask if we always had to eat water-soaked potatoes. He was famous for catching an attitude. Judy threatened to kick his butt into the creek so he could catch an attitude!
I remember when we were all young at home and we had chores that needed to be done. He put us to work. I had a girlfriend over and he even put my friend to work doing chores! He always thought he was the boss!
He definitely took the big brother roll to heart.
Rest in peace brother, love you!

I will miss John a lot him and I spent so much time together. I would take him to buy jeans and boy that was a job, the only place to get 28 waste was Old Navy. I will miss him saying (ready set go) and don’t rush me I hurry for no one. I would tell him. You’re slower than Grandma and she’s dead. He was company for me and that I will miss. Love and miss you John
