Peggy passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 55. She was born on January 17, 1969 to Margaret “Peg” Clark and the late Alexander Clark in Saginaw, Michigan. Peggy graduated from Yale High School and received her RN degree from Macomb Community College. She was a nurse for 28 years, working mostly in dialysis for Fresenius and then DaVita. As a youth, she was very active in 4-H and received many awards and trophies. Peggy, along with her brother Jim were members of a USA powerlifting team that went to Moscow, and Abikan, Siberia in the USSR in the summer of 1989. She liked spending time in the outdoors, hiking, and kayaking. Peggy always liked he hockey and was a season ticket holder for the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Team. Her closest friends were probably her two dogs, Rudy and Arianna which she loved dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Alexandria (James) Hoyt of Saginaw; two brothers, James (Melissa) Clark, of Avoca and Jason (Elizabeth) Clark of Punta Gorda, FL; two aunts, Judy Dukti and Irene Rivera; four nieces and nephews, Mackenzie (Austin) iseler, Jakob Clark, Trinity Clark, and Daniel Clark; and many cousins.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:30 am, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Emmett, Michigan with Fr. Tom Kuehnemund officiating. Visitation with friends and family will be at the church from 9:30 until the time of Mass. A Rosary will be said at 9:45 am.
