Obituary of Corrina Joyce Bennett

Corrina Joyce “Corky” Bennett, age 80, of Saginaw, Michigan and formerly of Bay City, Michigan, passed away May 6, 2023. She was born on June 21, 1942 to the late James and Katherine Kilbourn. She enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, garage sales, and spending time with Family and friends. She was a member of The Red hats club, AA, and OA communities.

She is survived by her children, Paula and Harry Volway and Melissa and Chris Goodwin; grandchildren, Amanda Opolskus, Kevin Cooke, Jason Latting, Cody Volway, Amber Volway, Kalin Goodwin, Eddie Goodwin, Ron Cieslak, Sarah Shealy, and Reh & Zack Harling; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Van Haaren, Earl and Phyllis Kilbourn, and Jean Anderson; many special nieces and nephews.

A life Celebration will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, May 12, 2023 at The Hyatt Ewald Funeral Home, 700 N Monroe Street, Bay City, Michigan 48708.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 11:00 am – 1 pm, followed by an informal time of sharing memories about Corky from 1-2 pm.
