Patricia Ann Laskey

Born January 4, 1938

On Thursday October 20, 2022, Pat Laskey, went home to the Lord, and to reunite with her husband of 66 years, Fred Laskey.  She was a devoted wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Pat was born on January 4, 1938 in Kawkawlin, MI to Lawrence and Rosalie (Tomczak) Kozlowski.  On August 25, 1956, she married the love of her life, Fred Laskey.  She was a stay-at-home mother until 1975 when she went to work at Peoples National Bank, and was employed there until she retired in 1991.  She was also an active member of Visitation Church, St Vincent DePaul, volunteered at RSVP and with the Division of Aging.  Pat (and Fred) were active members of many clubs around the city.  They both enjoyed camping, traveling, and spending time with family and their many friends.

Pat is survived by her 3 children, Jean (John) Landosky, Bruce (Colleen) Laskey, Scott (Sue) Laskey;  8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews. 

Beside her parents and step mother, Marge Kozlowzki (Schiell); she was preceded in death by her husband Fred who passed away in 2020; her son, Douglas who passed in 1961; her mother and father-in-law, Robert and Ellen Laskey; her sister, Barbara (Bobbie) Berg; and her brother-in-law, Ronald Berg.

In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation will take place, and no service is planned.  The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Woodhaven Senior Living for the wonderful care given to our mom.
