I always loved visiting Uncle Ron and Aunt Pat during the summers. He had such a calm and quiet presence, and communicated sometimes just with his eyes. When we would come during the winters, and my Florida blood was shivering, he would often start the car 10-15 minutes before we left so I wouldn’t have to climb into a freezing car. That’s who he was, thoughtful and caring. I will miss hearing his voice. Sending lots of love and many prayers to Pat, Burke, Jenny and their families. Hopefully he’s with my mom now, and they are both pain free.
